Permission is granted to download one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

- Reverse engineer any software
- Remove copyright notations
- Transfer materials to another person
3. In-Game Currency (BS - Bonus Score)
- Virtual Currency: BS has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money
- Welcome Bonus: New players receive 100 BS. This may be modified at any time
- Purchases: All BS purchases are final and non-refundable. Prices: $4.99 - $49.99 USD
- License: BS grants a limited, non-transferable license for in-game use only
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account. You must be at least 10 years old; those under 18 need parental consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality are owned by Ancient Empire Studios and protected by international intellectual property laws.
6. Prohibited Uses
- Violating any applicable law
- Exploiting or harming minors
- Using cheats, bots, hacks, or exploits
- Introducing viruses or malicious code
- Interfering with other players' enjoyment
7. Limitation of Liability
Ancient Empire Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from Game or Website use.
